Setup and versioning (important!)

• Make sure you run Adobe After Effects 16.1.1 or newer
• Don't use plugins within your project
• Keep projects light weight for rendering (don't exceed 720p for video e-mail)

Make layers "dynamic"

In order to replace certain parts of your video with data we need to make parts of the video dynamic. Making a layer dynamic is really easy. You do this by typing {{}} around the layer name and give it a unique description.
